Gospel musician Nana Yaw Ofori Atta disclosed that nervousness has once caused him to lose the words to his own material while performing. Speaking on 3Xtra Unwrapped, he recalled an incident at a concert last year when he struggled to remember the lyrics but managed to carry on without drawing attention from the audience.
He also reflected on the unexpected success of his track "You Dey Feel the Vibe", saying he only recognised its hit potential when his father began singing along. "If my dad sings a song, just know that it is a banger," he explained.
In addition to the anecdote, Ofori Atta expressed his fondness for Jama music, noting that any Jama song instantly lifts his mood. "I’m a Jama boy, and anytime I hear a Jama song, it puts me in a happy mood," he said.
The interview offered a candid glimpse into the challenges and inspirations that shape his performances, from occasional lyric lapses to the musical styles that keep him upbeat.
