Privacy Policy

You can use SpotLTE without an account, and we don't ask for your name, email or any other personal details. We don't use analytics trackers or advertising cookies, and we don't sell or share information about you.

If you switch between the dark and light theme, your choice is saved in your own browser (local storage) so the site remembers it. It never leaves your device, and clearing your browser data removes it.

The admin dashboard, used only by SpotLTE staff, sets a sign-in cookie for staff accounts. Visitors never receive it.

SpotLTE is hosted by Netlify and delivered through Cloudflare. Like any website host, they process technical information your browser sends with each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We only see this as overall visitor totals.

Some content loads directly from other services: song previews play from Apple's servers when you press play, and some images, such as news photos from the outlet that first published a story, load from the site that hosts them. Your browser's request goes to those services, and their own privacy policies apply.

Songs link out to Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music and Audiomack, and news stories link to the outlets that first reported them. Once you follow a link, that site's privacy policy applies.

If SpotLTE starts using anything new that affects your privacy, such as advertising, we'll update this page before it goes live and change the date above.
